Update on my working permit... Result :probably suing my company.
I was able to renew my living permit with study motive. However, apparently it's NECCESSARY to apply for the working permission during a certian period set by the government. No matter if you get a job or not, as long as you apply during THAT PERIOD, you have the possibility to get the working permit. Or else, nothing you can do.
I was at the police station the other day, and therewere 2 ladies beside me from Russia waiting to get their working permit... one is mute, and another is deaf. Not that I'm discriminated agaist disable... on the other hand, I'm glad that they have the possibility to work. But the question is, WHAT ARE THEY DOING HERE? HOW DID THEY GET HERE? And I'm annoyed that I have all the document needed but not able to convert my living permit from study motive to working motive because I didn't apply it in March but before, in JANUARY!
Now the lady of Human resorse dept told me that SHE'S AFRAID, and so she wants to to signed a contract saying that from now on, I'm working part-time. But it reality, I'm still working 8 hours a day. And the paycheck will result that I work 4 hours a day with PREMIUM, which is supposed to be the pay for the other 4 hours I did.... She refused to do more research for HOW CAN I CONVERT MY LIVING PERMIT... Because that's not her problem and I should be the person who care for it and so I should do the research and inform myself about the procedures. HELL! If she wasn't able to understand the law in Italy, does she thinks that I could?!!!
I'm not going to sign that fucking contract. On the other hand, I'm going to the sindacate, TO INFORM ME BETTER! Worse come to worse, I can get a lawyer and make it a court case!! Make a new CV, do some interviews, get a new job somewhere else prehaps. Worse come to worse, I can always go home.
I like being here, living here. I dream to work here, and stay here for another 2 3 years. But I'm sick of the ignorance of people and above all, working for this fucking company.
