I'm now an Assistant Product Developer and not anymore a Responsible of Production.. it's so weird to have so little responsability and to treat as an intern. My salary remains the same but overtime is paid as well as lunch and coffee. Less stress and more opportunies to travel so It might be a good start for my career and a good opportunity to learn how to work with method.
Both of my ex colleagues received a letter from my ex-company's lawyer suing them for causing a lost to the company... I just received my salary as well as bonus from them instead.Great satisfaction but at the same time it's a sure thing that my ex-boss is crazy...
